The unique items needed to complete this prophecy must not be corrupted. Sockets of the fated unique stay unchanged. Identical modifiers will keep the same roll for the fated version. New or changed modifiers are rolled separately.

Objective

Kill Vaal Oversoul in Ancient Pyramid while holding a  Doomfletch. Holding means you can place  Doomfletch in your player character inventory. It does not required to equip it.

Reward

Upgrades  Doomfletch to  Doomfletch’s Prism upon completion.

Notes

It will only trigger in the Ancient Pyramid, however NOT in The Apex of Sacrifice, The Alluring Abyss, or Maze Map. The map variants of Vaal Oversoul have different names: Vessel of the Vaal and Shadow of the Vaal respectively.
