Modifiers

The +25% additional Block Chance against Projectiles modifier applies to only attack projectiles and stacks additively. In order to get 'chance to block projectile spells', 'x% of block chance applied to spells' is needed. For example, without any block passives, when using Titucius' Span and Stone of Lazhwar the resulting chance to block projectile spells is 24% ((23% + 25%) * 0.50).
