Item mechanics and interactions

The Minion Damage is simply increased global damage. It does not apply to multiple types, and thus does not apply twice to converted or added damage from passives or items such as Ming's Heart.

It will apply to poison and ignite as they are classified as damage over time and not as an attack or a spell.
