Mechanics

  • Much like Blood Rage and Righteous Fire, the damage from this item does not count as a hit so it does not trigger Cast when Damage Taken Support.
  • The damage will prevent energy shield recharge. In effect the player cannot recharge energy shield while having power charges.
  • The weapon has a hidden modifier that causes power charges to have tentacles.

Shimmeron has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced.
