Mechanics

Saqawal's Flock grants a 100% chance to trigger level 20 Twister when the player gains Avian's Might or Avian's Flight. Being granted Avian's Might or Avian's Flight from a nearby ally through Saqawal's Nest does not activate the Tornadoes.

Saqawal's Flock has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced. Saqawal's Flock can only drop from Saqawal, First of the Sky in Saqawal's Roost.
