You can apply one fewer Curse is cumulative with any other mods of this type (additional/fewer curse).

The default curse limit is 1, thus equipping this ring would disable the ability to apply any curse. Thus, in order to benefit from (15-25)% increased Effect of your Curses by equipping this ring, the character need to find other source of +1 to apply curse else where.

Certain mechanics like Doedre's Skin or Sentari's Answer can ignore curse limits, making it a source of free curse effect.

Item acquisition

Replica Doedre's Damning has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced. Replicas can be obtained from the Curio Display in the final reward rooms of Laboratory or Prohibited Library Grand Heists.
