As you channel this Death Wish spell, it spreads its effect to more of your minions. When you stop channelling, each affected minion explodes, and this skill deals spell damage around them. The explosion of the minion is not affected by modifiers to spell damage, and cannot be reflected.

How does the Maw of Mischief Helmet skill "Death Wish" prioritize the minions that will be chosen first to explode? Making it choose minions based on proximity of the location of the mouse would make sense, but it seems to be almost random.
The only prioritisation it has is that it cannot affect immortal minions or minions already affected by the skill. Beyond that it is random.
Immortal minions by Spectral Spirits (from Essence of Insanity’s mod) or Herald of Agony cannot be made to explode.
The immortal Bestial minions from Yriel’s Fostering, however, can be made to explode.
Death Wish can be supported by applicable support gems socketed in the Maw of Mischief; it is not necessary to link the sockets together.
Death Wish is not a skill gem, therefore it cannot be supported by Empower Support, Enhance Support, or Enlighten Support.
