PoE 3.24: The Seventh Gate, Growing Hordes, All Hands, Stream of Consciousness, Grand Design, and Wandering Path Atlas Keystone Passives have been removed.
PoE 3.19 Changes: The Valley of Darkness Atlas Keystone Passive Skill has been removed as a result of these changes to Rare Monster modifiers. The Stream of Consciousness Keystone has taken up Valley Of Darkness's position on the Atlas Tree.
Stream of Consciousness
Stream of Consciousness is a new Atlas Keystone Passive Skill.
Your Maps cannot be modified by Fragments
Your Maps have 50% more Base chance to contain Extra Content
(Abysses, Breaches, Blight Encounters, Expedition Encounters, Legion Encounters, Metamorph Encounters, Mirrors of Delirium, Monsters Imprisoned by Essences, Ritual Altars, Rogue Exiles, the Sacred Grove, Shrines, Smuggler's Caches, Strongboxes, and Tormented Spirits are Extra Content)
Flavour Text: In a realm where thought is given form, action and will become one and the same.
The Stream of Consciousness keystone prevents you from modifying your maps with fragments or scarabs, but means that when extra content is being rolled for your maps, each of the base chances is 50% higher. This is really useful for players who don’t want to have to juice their maps and would instead prefer to get a constant moderate bonus instead.
3.18.1d Patch Notes: Divine Vessels are now able to modify Maps while you have the Stream of Consciousness Atlas Keystone Passive allocated.
