Legacy variants

Roth's Reach has legacy variants.

Moreover, players can create a hybrid legacy variant that have implicit (6-12)% increased Elemental Damage with Attack Skills (in turn can reroll into 20-24% value range by using a Blessed Orb) by chancing legacy Recurve Bow base that dropped after version 1.2.0 and before version 2.0.0. This can only be done in the permanent league by acquiring the base.

In fact, all implicit variants of this bow can be chanced. And base on whatever it is chanced before or after version 3.19, their explicit would be different. However, bow without implicit (the pre-3.9 legacy variant) does not worth any in permanent leagues (due to large supply) so that it has no point to chance it.

This item is named after Roth pirate family. Notable members are Weylam Roth (also appears in the flavor text), Lilly Roth and Lussi "Rotmother" Roth, the leader of Brinerot Warbands.
