Users who pre-order Endwalker from participating retailers will receive a pre-order bonus registration code. Once you receive your code, visit the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station to register it.

In-game bonus items will be delivered to users sequentially, the timing of which will begin when your pre-order bonus registration code is redeemed.

If you pre-ordered from the SQUARE ENIX Store as a guest, you’ll instead receive an email containing your pre-order code.

Once you purchase FFXIV: Endwalker on Steam, you will be provided with an Early Access code (20 digits, starting with RF5A) that needs to be registered on the Mog Station.
To find this code, follow these steps:
– Log into the Steam Client
– Right-click on “FINAL FANTASY XIV” on the left column
– Select “Manage > CD Keys” to see all FFXIV keys that are available to you on this Steam account

Please note that you will also receive the full code for the Expansion already (20 digits, starting with RE5A for the Standard Edition, or RG5A for the Collector’s Edition). However, this code cannot be entered in the Mog Station yet. Please wait for the release of FFXIV: Endwalker to register that code.
Although the Endwalker expansion contains previously released expansions, you will only be able to access the content of these first three expansions on 23 November 2021, when FFXIV: Endwalker officially launches.
Early Access is tentatively scheduled to begin on Friday, 19 November 2021 at 9:00 (GMT) allowing players the ability to play FFXIV: Endwalker before the official release! (Date and time may be subject to change.)
The registration code included in the Windows version is not compatible with the Steam version of FINAL FANTASY XIV: Online. If you own the Steam version of the game, you will need to purchase the expansion on Steam as well.

– Check the table detailing the versions of the game that are registered on your account
– Please check the “Endwalker Early Access” line is marked with a ◯ symbol for your platform

If you do have the correct entitlements, you should receive the items within the next 48 hours.
The FFXIV: Endwalker Collector’s Box will be available to purchase exclusively from the SQUARE ENIX Store starting on Saturday 15 May at 12:00 pm BST.
The physical Collector’s Box can be purchased as a bundle together with the Windows® or Mac Digital Collector’s Editions on the SQUARE ENIX Store.
PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, and Steam players are advised to purchase the Collector’s Box on the SQUARE ENIX Store, and visit PlayStation™Store or Steam to purchase the FFXIV: Endwalker Digital Collector’s Edition from those platforms.
Please note that a copy of FFXIV: Endwalker, in-game bonus items, and pre-order bonuses are not included in the physical Collector’s Box.
