MW3 Store – Modern Warfare 3

Store

Finally, the last tab on the top navigation bar is the Store. Here you can find all of the Bundles released on a regular basis. Whether it is the latest character Bundle or the Call of Duty Endowment Bundle that supports the Call of Duty commitment to placing veterans into high-quality jobs, this is the tab where you can get it all. There are all sorts of Bundles that are included in the Store, so it’s important to know the terms that are used here in order to know exactly what you might be purchasing.

Operator Pack: These packs include an Operator Skin, sometimes called an Ultra Operator Skin, which indicates that it is more than a static Skin and has more to it, like animations or lights. Operator Packs also often come with additional items in the pack, but what is guaranteed is the Operator Skin.

Tracer Pack: These packs have customizations that you can make to the bullet tracers from your weapons as you fire them. Pink, blue, green, sparkles, acid, etc., there are all sorts of customizations offered constantly in the Store, and it’s a great way to put a little pizazz in your gameplay.

Blueprints: If you see a Blueprint or Mastercraft Blueprint in a Bundle, it means that there is a preset weapon customization and Weapon Skin that is made for a single weapon or for multiple weapons. This Blueprint has a themed Camo and setup that you can use and be ready for the next match.

Death Effects: These are effects that are triggered when you eliminate an enemy player. Whether it’s an emblem type image appearing over the spot where you eliminated them or an animation effect, this is something that comes with certain Bundles and that you can equip.

Audio Pack: These packs can change the audio of anything in the game. Changing the audio of a specific weapon to make it sound like a classic version of it can really bring back memories for longtime Call of Duty players.

Bonus Effect: These are things that affect specific game modes. Normally these are convenience multipliers, like providing you another Operator Slot in DMZ or Zombies. They tend to be something cool that can be a fun bonus you get with a Bundle.

Conquering the Modern Warfare III In-Game Store: A Shopaholic’s Guide

The Modern Warfare III store is a treasure trove of goodies, brimming with operator skins, weapon blueprints, XP boosts, and bundles to quench your customization thirst. But navigating this digital oasis can be overwhelming, especially for fresh recruits. Fear not, soldier! This guide will equip you with all the knowledge you need to dominate the store like a seasoned pro.

Navigating the Interface:

  • Store Menu: The main hub, accessed from the Multiplayer menu, categorizes items by type (Bundles, Operators, Weapons, etc.) and highlights featured deals.
  • Item Pages: Clicking on a category opens a dedicated page showcasing individual items. You can scroll through the options, view detailed stats and descriptions, and check if you own them.

  • Purchase Panel: Each item displays its price in Call of Duty Points (CP). Clicking "Buy" prompts a confirmation window before finalizing the purchase.

Types of Loot:

  • Bundles: Pre-curated sets of items, often themed or centered around a specific operator or weapon. Bundles generally offer discounts compared to buying items individually.
  • Operators: Dress to impress with unique skins that change your soldier’s appearance. Skins can range from realistic military gear to outrageous pop culture references.
  • Weapons: Spice up your arsenal with blueprints that alter a weapon’s appearance, attachments, and sometimes even its stats. Blueprints can offer tactical advantages or just plain coolness.
  • Other Goodies: Find XP boosts to level up faster, emblems and calling cards to personalize your profile, and even finishing moves to add flair to your eliminations.

Earning Your Keep:

  • Call of Duty Points (CP): The in-game currency used for purchases. You can earn CP by playing the game, completing challenges, or purchasing them directly with real-world money.
  • Free Rotations: Every week, a selection of items, including operators and blueprints, becomes temporarily free to use. This is a great way to try out new gear before committing to a purchase.

Shopping Savvy:

  • Daily/Weekly Challenges: Complete these in-game tasks to earn CP and other rewards.
  • Battle Pass: Progress through the Battle Pass tiers to unlock a plethora of free and premium rewards, including CP.
  • Seasonal Events: Special events often offer unique items and discounts, so keep an eye out for festive cheer!

Remember:

  • Think before you buy: Consider how much you’ll use an item before spending your hard-earned CP.
  • Check bundles: They often offer better value than buying items individually.
  • Free Rotations: Try before you buy!
  • Limited-time offers: Don’t miss out on exclusive deals.

With these tips, you’ll be navigating the Modern Warfare III store like a seasoned operator, acquiring the coolest gear and dominating the battlefield in style. So, soldier, prepare to plunder! The store awaits!

Happy shopping!
