  • Skyrest Bridge: After clearing Forsaken Fen and defeating The Congregator of Flesh, you’ll notice that Andreas of Ebb has relocated from the pathway on the side of Skyrest Bridge to inside the main lobby, beside the Vestige of Ethryg and Stomund, Captain of the Fidelis. If you talk to him he will mention some things about humanity, whether influenced by Rhogar or staunch followers of Orius, all need someone to rise up and lead them. After talking to him, he will give you the Fief Key, which unlocks the large frozen door with a bell near the Vestige of Marco the Axe.
