[2.x] Plots of land in Empyreum can now be purchased.

[2.x] All plots on the Oceanian data center are now available for purchase.

[2.x] A lottery system for the purchase of land has been implemented

As of Patch 6.1, all plots in all wards will be subject to the lottery system.

[2.x] Every housing district will now have dedicated wards for private and free company estates

[2.x 4.x] To prevent the reselling of plots, players must now remain in a free company for a minimum of 30 days before they are allowed to purchase a free company plot
