List of D2R Achievements Guide.

To hire a Rogue Scout, you must complete quest 2 act 1.

To kill Blood Raven you must take the waypoint Cold Plains find the off road to The Burial Grounds and you will find her easily.

Now you can hire the Rogue scout from Kashya

To get this trophy you simply need to speak with Kashya in A1 and complete the quest blood raven which requires you to head into cold plains and find the graveyard connected to it. Kill blood raven and return to Kashya and she will allow you to hire her rogue scouts to use as mercenaries
Notes about the rogue scout mercs’:

• Can use all armors (Stat permitted)
• Can use all helms (Stat permitted)
• Can ONLY use 2 handed bows (Stat permitted)

All difficulties:

• Insight (makes enemies glow, and easier to hit with melee and spell damage
• Fire arrow (Good)
• Cold arrow (best)

As with any merc you want to deck them out in resists and damage reducing/magic reducing gear to help them survive.
