Trypophobia - Path of Exile

Trypophobia is a Blood Crucible passive skill. It has 5 tiers.

  • (3-15)% chance for transforming to add a Socket

6 Body armours and Two-handed weapons
4 Boots, helmets and gloves
3 One-handed weapons and shields
0 Most Belts, amulets, rings and quivers. Exceptions are Unset Ring, Black Maw Talisman, and Stygian Vise.

Some items have exceptions to these rules.

As you slay The Scourge, the Blood Crucible gains experience. You can allocate its skill points in its own passive skill screen, which allows it to specialise in many aspects of transformation for better outcomes on your items.
