Requires Level 60, 51 Str, 51 Int.

  • Adds (242–260) to (268–285) Physical Damage
  • (20–35)% increased Critical Strike Chance
  • 50% of Physical Damage Converted to Cold Damage
  • 50% of Physical Damage Converted to Lightning Damage
  • Cannot be Shocked while Chilled
  • (30–40)% chance to Chill Attackers for 4 seconds on Block
  • (30–40)% chance to Shock Attackers for 4 seconds on Block
  • (Warstaves are considered Staves)
  • (Chill reduces Enemy Action Speed by 10%)
  • (Shock increases Damage taken by 15%)

Legacy variants

Legacy modifiers and base items are sometimes retained when upgrading unique to their fated counterparts. So because The Stormheart has a legacy variant, The Stormwall does as well.

Note that after circa ver 3.14, the legacy mod You cannot be Shocked while Frozen cannot carry over to the fated version. The game will grant the fated item with the mod Cannot be Shocked while Chilled instead. In the past it can do so. After that change fating the legacy Stormheart will only carry over the mod +12% Chance to Block Attack Damage while wielding a Staff which is inferior than the current variant (and not shown on above table to avoid redundancy). Note that the prophecy system is removed in version 3.17.0.
