 The smugglers are desperate now. They’re trying their damnedest not to leave any evidence, but sooner or later they’ll have to go to their factory to pick up more drugs. And we have to stop them.
You seize the illegal drugs being circulated in Stern, and I’ll find the dealers and trace them to their factory.
We must find that factory before all of Stern becomes addicted to those dastardly drugs. Player, I need your help.

Even the high and mighty Arthetine government must not be able to handle it on its own because it’s outsourced the work to us Shadows. They’ve contracted us through Mercenary Office Manager Basilock, probably because it’s not brave enough to contact us directly. When the job is done, go report to him. Heh-heh… This is a bothersome mission, but it pays well. Feel free to take it on.
