Vaal Lightning Arrow Build Guide

Vaal Lightning Arrow fires a barrage of piercing projectiles that cause lightning to strike nearby targets whenever they hit an enemy. After a short amount of time or when they collide with terrain, the arrows randomly change direction and continue flying. This occurs a number of times before the arrows expire. Each arrow can hit the same target once per redirect.

Because the arrows travel for a set time before redirecting rather than a set distance, projectile speed modifiers affect the distance travelled. High projectile speed lets you clear out huge areas with them while reducing your projectile speed increases the chance of them hitting the same target multiple times. With very low projectile speed this skill can hit a single target 20 plus times.
