These little critters are found all over Palia, and are a bit of an invasive pest! They have been known to steal important items, and get into all sorts of mischief. Hunting them will grant you fur and yummy meat.
A chapaa, or chuu (as referred to by some in the game community), is a small, furry, creature with two large lower incisors. They typically walk around on four legs, but sometimes stand on their hind legs when curious or startled.
They love trash and gnaw on everything to shorten its tusks. They use their flat face and tusks to burrow remarkably quick.
Chapaas were featured in the majority of Palia’s Discord emotes until various characters and wildlife were released as emotes.
