How to use Influencing Scarab of Hordes?

Can be used in a personal Map Device to add modifiers to a Map.

How to get it?

  • It is now world drops. If you want to target specific Scarabs, Betrayal has been updated to include most of them!
  • Korrell’s Intervention Safehouse reward is now a stash of Influencing Scarabs.
  • Scarabs Atlas Passives can increase Scarabs drop chances. For example, Significant Troves grants "Unique Monsters in your Maps have 200% increased chance to drop Scarabs".
  • Veiled Scarab currency reveals a random Scarab when clicked.
  • Divination cards. For example, a set of two Cameria’s Cut cards can be exchanged for a random scarab.

PoE Influencing Scarab of Hordes

The Scarab of Hordes is a consumable item in Path of Exile (PoE) that increases the size of monster packs in a map when the map is influenced. Here’s a breakdown of its effect:

Increased Pack Size:

  • Amount: 40%
  • Applies to: Monster packs influenced by an Elder Guardian, Conqueror, or Legion. These influence types are chosen on the Atlas Passive Skill Tree.

How it Works:

  1. You use the Scarab of Hordes in the map device along with your desired map.
  2. When you enter the map, monsters will be influenced based on your Atlas Passive Skill Tree selections.
  3. Monster packs with the chosen influence will have 40% more monsters compared to their base size.
