Immortal Call is a guard spell that expends all endurance charges when used to apply a buff that lessens the physical and elemental damage taken the player receives for a short duration. The duration and the lowered damage taken improves with the number of endurance charges used.

Take less Physical and Elemental Damage for a short time. Consumes up to 5 Endurance Charges to lengthen the buff and further lessen Physical Damage taken. Shares a cooldown with other Guard skills.You are invulnerable to Physical Damage.You take less Physical and Elemental Damage.

Immortal Call Support Gems

Cast when Damage Taken Support – It causes a linked spell to trigger when the player takes a certain amount of damage.

Skill functions and interactions

Guard: Immortal Call shares cooldown with other Guard skills (Arcane Cloak, Steelskin, Molten Shell, Vaal Molten Shell, Bone Armour). However, according to gem text wording, Vaal Immortal Call is an exception. Vaal Immortal Call has been drop disabled and slated for a future rework.
Duration: Modifiers to Skill Duration will increase the duration of the skill, as will buff/debuff duration modifiers. Consuming more endurance charges with the skill will also drastically increase duration.
Increased buff duration per endurance charge: Any other buffs that are applied when casting Immortal Call will also gain increased duration per endurance charge, including support gems that grant buffs. This mainly applies to Arcane Surge Support.
If immortal call is socketed into a weapon slot, the effect will end on weapon swap.
The less physical damage taken per endurance charged removed skill modifier is multiplicative with the innate less physical damage taken skill modifier.
- For example, Level 1 Immortal Call with 5 endurance charges will give you a total of 81.25% less physical damage taken, not 100%.
