Basic Troubleshooting Steps
If you’ve lost or misplaced something from your FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT), try these steps first to see if you can find your missing content.
Restart your console or PC.
Use the Quick Sell Recovery in the Web and Companion Apps. Double-check that you didn’t accidentally discard, Quick Sell, or use the content somewhere else in-game.

Missing FC 24 Players and other Items
Missing an Item you purchased from the Transfer Market or got in a Pack?
Double-check your Club to make sure it isn’t there.
Check your Transfer List to see if it hasn’t come through yet.
When a Player Item gets stuck after you’ve bought it from the Transfer Market, it should be automatically corrected within 72 hours. After 72 hours passes, check your Watch List to see if your Item appears.
If you don’t get the Item after 72 hours, the FIFA game team will try to regrant it to you. If an Item can’t be unstuck, you may get a copy of it instead. You may still see the stuck Item, but you’ll be able to use the copy.
