Mounts purchased on the Store take longer then everything else to arrive to your mailbox, from experience. Account-wides take even longer. I remember the whale taking a few hours when I got it.
The system is overloaded trying to process the number of purchases made this morning. It took 3 hours before mine was delivered. Just be patient, it will arrive.
Mounts can take several hours to deliver, especially if there in high demand. I wanted three hours once for I think Red Hare. It’ll eventually come.
I actually had the same thing happen. Ordered the Fat Moogle double mount. Nothing in my mailbox, and nothing arrived. Tried the “receive gift” icon in the upper right and nothing as well. A few hours later though it finally arrived. It didn’t take as long as yours so far but I’m sure it will arrive.
Timing will vary as follows: – Within 10 days of purchase: Up to one hour may be required for re-delivery. – More than 10 days since purchase: Up to 24 hours may be required for re-delivery.
For the most part, account-wide mount and minion unlocks only come from some store purchases and the collector’s editions. This goes for all items, and players will need to make sure anything they buy from the cash shop specifically states it’s account-wide. Otherwise it’ll only unlock on one character.
Usually its within a few minutes but i’ve heard of instances where it can take 24 hours. If you haven’t seen it after 24 hours I’d contact customer support. if the mailbox is full as they were delivering it could take up to 24 hours.
