How to Complete a Prophecy

Take The Hardened Armour for exmple.

• Objective: Use Armourer’s Scrap on any armour.
• Reward: Increases armour’s quality to 20% with a single Armourer’s Scrap.

Use Armourer’s Scrap on a boot, the boot obtain a 20% quality.

The prophecy has completed.
