Effigy of Virulent Undeath is the unique boss of the skeleton (as subset of physical damage) tileset of The Lake of Kalandra. It is similar to the Act 1 unique monster Ironpoint the Forsaken. However, this version resists not just lightning but all types of elemental damage, as well as chaos damage.
