List of D2R Achievements Guide.

To get the standard of Heros, You must complete Uber Tristram once you kill the final of trio he will drop the Torch and the standard of hero’s ( or be in the game as it is being done ) to get to uber Tristram there are some steps.
You need to firstly farm key sets.

all must be done in hell

Key of Terror Dropped by The Countess in act 1 take the waypoint Black marsh find the Forgotten tower go to level 5 and keep farming her until you have x3 keys

Key of Hate Is dropped by The Summoner at the end of one of the four points take the waypoint from act 2 Arcane Sanctuary to keep farming him for that key

Key of Destruction Nihlathak drops in act 5 take the waypoint to the Halls of Pain find the Halls of Vaught to farm him he is at the end of one of the four points.

once you have 3 of each key in hell act 5 place x1 terror x1 hate x1 destruction key into your Horadric Cube and convert them it will open a red portal to one of three locations Matron’s Den, the Furnace of pain, or the Forgotten Sands, do this until you have all 3 red portals open, just make sure you don’t open the portals in the same spot because they will go over the top of each other and you will have to farm keys again. now you need to kill the boss in each portal to obtain the 3 organs..

now you have the 3 organs the Horn, Eye , Brain

place them into your Horadric Cube convert them this will open another red portal to the Uber Tristram kill the bosses inside for the Standard of heros and the large charm, i hope this makes some sense for people anyway.

also I might add this is not a job for any character so you may want to do some research, i use to use my smitter Paladin. good luck all if anyone needs any help with anything let me know.

Anyone that needs the achievement just dropped for them that plays hardcore hell you can join our party any time and we will always help, we have a great community of players and all hardcore players are welcome, but as for going out of my way for TA and responding to 100s of messages and dropping it and the soj and ears for so many people i wont be doing anymore.

Bonus** If you prefer to do it the easy way just to nab the trophy have a friend drop one of these on the ground and all you gotta do is pick it up and the trophy will pop. People who do crossplay will have an easier time as it is much much easier to do ubers on PC rather than console. Simply make a game asking for one and hope someone joins and drops you one.

The standard of heroes drops from one area in the game, that is uber Tristram. The standard of heroes is also a worthless item that isn’t worth anything and it doesn’t do anything for you or anyone else. Blizzard might have had a purpose for these but they failed to make it happen in the final cut of the patch they put them in so they’re just wasted space. Now in order for you to access this place, certain steps must be made in order for you to do so. Gather a few friends and then create a hell game the more people in 1 game the better as the more people in a game increase the drop chance of items and diminish the “no drop” rng of loot from monsters.
Once you make a hell difficulty game you will want to kill these 3 Unique monsters for their drops which are also listed below

Now with your group, you will need to farm 3 of each of the keys in hell mode. These keys are a Hell mode drop ONLY and are needed to make the portals to the uber realms. This could take anywhere from around 30 minutes to a few hours depending on how lucky you and your group get. After collecting 3 of each of the keys it’s time to make the portals! Use your cube to transmute 1 of each key together and it will make a portal to 1 of the 3 uber realms.
ATTENTION!!
Please keep these things in mind when attempting ubers

• Uber bosses are exactly that UBER
• The bosses are the same versions of themselves but with tremendous health pools and hit 5x harder so be geared up before you attempt
• If you die at any point and fail to retrieve your body and leave the game with no one else to hold the level there you will lose your game and the portal and must re-farm the keys over again
• Spawn all 3 portals at once, never make 1 portal and then make a new game there is a chance you can craft the same exact portal, but if you craft them in the same game you will always get all 3 portals so make sure to tackle them all in one sitting to make it easier on yourself.

Each uber portal will have a ton of high-level enemies in them with the main focus on the boss hidden somewhere inside the area. Once you find the boss make sure you clear an area to fight them so you don’t pull more enemies to make the fight harder. Once you kill one uber boss they will drop an uber organ.
Lilith – Brain
Uber Duriel – Eyeball
Uber Izual – Horn
Once you have collected all 3 of the body parts you can finally craft the uber Tristram portal. Take all 3 of the organs and place them in the cube and transmute. Once you do the portal to uber Tristram will open up. Before you enter make sure you are geared up very well or with a team of friends. In this portal, you will face off against Diablo, Mephisto, and Baal in their uber forms. Nothing changes in the fights except as mentioned above they have massive health pools, regenerate health. and Mephisto can summon skeletal mages and warriors to help aid them.
it’s best to tackle one boss at a time in here as it can get overwhelming. Once you manage to down all the uber bosses the last boss that falls will drop the one-of-a-kind Hellfire torch, the best large charm in the entire game! Only one will drop so you better have quick fingers or you’re gonna miss out on the best charm ever. Followed by the torch a standard of heroes drops for each character in the lobby. so each player gets one.
Boss Notes**
Mephisto

• Casts constant conviction aura which lowers your resists by 100 so be cautious
• summons skeletal mages that shoot you with a barrage of magic attacks
• attacks fast and hard

Diablo

• Casts hellfire often (large inferno fire that snakes all over the ground
• Shoots his lighting barrage all the time which can instakill you
• Summons pit lords who are immune to every elemental attack except physical

Baal

• Can drain all your mana with a single attack he shoots out
• summons tentacles to hurt you
• large AoE attacks
• huge hurting knockback attacks

Uber is best taken down with a smiter. A smiterdin is the only class that can easily kill ubers solo with minimal effort and super budget gear you can farm little for or craft almost at the start of the game.
