For this trophy, you just need to beat Diablo 2 acts 1 – 5 in nightmare difficulty which is just a harder version of normal mode. Nothing much else to include but some tips about nightmare mode below.

Things to note about Nightmare mode:

• Your resistances are lowered by 40.
• Some enemies have immunities to lightning, cold, fire, and magic but not often and typically only one at a time.
• Enemies have larger health pools.
• Enemies can be enchanted.
• Enemies are aggressive.
• You lose exp when you die (you claim some back when you retrieve your body, but not the full amount you lost).
• Maps double in size and orientation.
