Simply kill 500 cumulative enemies. Achievement unlocked for me in the middle of the second mission on Act 1.

This trophy is very straightforward in the fact that all you need to do is kill 500 enemies. The maps are flooded with tons of enemies all over the place. They’re located in the overworld, in caves, in abandoned buildings, inside portals in the overworld. This trophy is extremely hard to miss since you will be grinding towards  It’s only 3,520,485,254 XP you will without a doubt earn this trophy with minimal effort.

If you are at all short during your run to hell mode, you can come back to normal mode at the start of the game and just run through act 3’s beginning forest area there are literally hundreds of the small tiki guys you can kill in groups of 30 or more some times and they’re all over the place. Just save and quit and go back in you should have these monster kill trophies in no time.
