How to use Bestiary Scarab of Duplicating?

Can be used in a personal Map Device to add modifiers to a Map.

How to get it?

  • It is now world drops. If you want to target specific Scarabs, Betrayal has been updated to include most of them!
  • Scarabs Atlas Passives can increase Scarabs drop chances. For example, Significant Troves grants "Unique Monsters in your Maps have 200% increased chance to drop Scarabs".
  • Veiled Scarab currency reveals a random Scarab when clicked.
  • Divination cards. For example, A set of three Man With Bear cards can be exchanged for a random tier of Bestiary Scarab.

PoE Bestiary Scarab of Duplicating

Mirrored Menagerie:

  • Double the Beasts: using it in an area would create a copy of any Beast you successfully capture with a net. This essentially doubles the number of Beasts you acquire from the encounter.

Benefits and Drawbacks:

  • Faster Bestiary Progression: Duplicating captured Beasts would significantly accelerate your Bestiary progress. You’d need to capture fewer Beasts to complete specific recipes or unlock crafting options.
  • Inventory Management: A significant increase in Beast drops could lead to inventory management challenges. You might need extra space to store all the duplicated Beasts.
  • Balance Considerations: Scarabs that directly duplicate capture results could potentially disrupt the game’s balance, especially for powerful Red Beasts.
