The Reliquary Scarab has been renamed to Titanic Scarab. It no longer provides 100% increased Unique Items found in Area. Instead, it now provides "Unique Monsters have 2% increased Toughness, Damage, Rarity and Quantity of items dropped per 1% increased Pack Size of Area".
