It is not available as a skill to players.

• Sextant map mod 3 uses remaining, 20% increased Quantity of Items found in Areas, Players are Cursed with Silence

• Jewels can have You cannot be Cursed with Silence corrupted implicit modifier (You cannot be Cursed with Silence or You cannot be Cursed with Silence or legacy mods You cannot be Cursed with Silence, You cannot be Cursed with Silence).
