Item Filter Changes 3.22
Item class names for gems have been changed to be consistent with terminology used in the rest of the game. The class previously known as "Active Skill Gems" is now called "Skill Gems". The class previously known as "Support Skill Gems" is now called "Support Gems". Existing item filters that reference these classes will need to be updated to use the new names.
Item Balance 3.22
The Delve-exclusive Shield prefix modifiers that provide +3% to maximum Fire, Cold, or Lightning Resistance can no longer roll.
The Veiled modifier which grants increased Duration of Ailments you inflict while Focused modifier now has values of 36-40% (previously 81-90%). Crafted versions of this modifier have been adjusted accordingly.
Flask modifiers that grant a percentage of Life Recovery to Minions now grant much higher values to account for Minion Life scaling to higher values than players, particularly in the endgame. Previously tiers ranged from 51%-80%, they now range from 100%-200%.
The Crucible Passive Skill that caused Totems to Explode on Death, dealing a percentage of their Life as Physical Damage has had values divided by 20. This change affects existing items.

Added a new HasImplicitMod Condition for item filters, which can be used to filter by items that have at least one implicit modifier.

The following currencies now have a stack size of 20: Orb of Alchemy, Vaal Orb, Chaos Orb, Tainted Chaos Orb, Eldritch Chaos Orb, and Veiled Chaos Orb.
Items now persist in a Vendors’ shops for multiple levels, so that you have a chance to buy them before they vanish. Each time you level up, the oldest items are removed and some new ones are added. You can also now rarely find Rare items at Vendors.
Item Balance
The “Bow Attacks fire an additional Arrow” Synthesis Implicit modifier can no longer roll on Bows and Quivers.
The Elder’s, Hunter’s, Veiled and crafted belt modifiers that provided a chance for Flasks you use to not consume Charges can no longer roll.
Increased the level at which Surveyor’s Compasses can appear, as they were dropping well before Awakened Sextants could appear.
You can no longer create Books of Regression. Existing unused Books of Regression will be destroyed when 3.21 is deployed.
