"Drop-restricted" is unofficial terminology used for items that are unobtainable in normal gameplay due to special requirements such as:
Unique items with drop restrictions cannot be obtained using Orbs of Chance, Ancient Orbs or Tainted Mythic Orbs.
The following sets of Unique Items are considered drop-restricted and are not Boss-specific uniques:
