Casting the skill once grants a buff that causes you to gain energy when you take energy shield damage from a hit, up to maximum. Casting the skill again will consume the energy to trigger socketed spells.

• When hit, gain 1 energy for each 50 energy shield lost to damage taken
• maximum energy is 500
• socketed spells consume 10 energy per 0.1 seconds of base cast time when triggered
