Palia is currently offering different packages for different amounts of Palia Coins. These Palia coins can then be used to purchase clothing/outfits that cannot be crafted or acquired normally in the game.
Once you have successfully made a purchase of Palia Coins, the Coins should immediately appear in the your inventory and a notification message should appear on the screen after clicking ”Pay.” You should also receive an email at the email address you used to create your account confirming the purchase amount.
You can only obtain Palia Coins by purchasing it from Palia with real money.
Note: Coin amounts and pricing will change based on your countries’/regions’ local currency. If we don’t offer your local currency, prices will show in USD.
After selecting the amount, you will be prompted to enter your payment details. Fill in the necessary information and click on “Pay” below. The system will notify you if the purchase was a success. Your Palia Coins should immediately be applied to your account.

First, thank you for your early support! Starting in the Beta, all previous in-game cosmetic purchases will be reset, and you will receive the Palia coins you purchased in Alpha, along with an additional 20% bonus in Palia coins. This should be waiting for you in-game when you first log in to Palia! We’ll be sending email communications to notify you of the total amount of Palia coins you can expect in-game before the Closed Beta begins.
There are several reasons why a purchase might not go through. Here are some of the reasons:
I was charged twice on my Credit Card when purchasing a Palia Coin bundle. Will I get a refund for the duplicate purchase that I didn’t want?
The Palia Coin Store has a safety system so that you don’t accidentally click Pay multiple times by accident. If this does happen, you can contact Player Support via the Billing request form and we will help to refund the duplicate purchase.
I did not receive my Palia Coins but my card was charged. What should I do?
There could be a delay in the processing system. Please contact Player Support via the Billing request form and we will help verify the transaction.
How long does it take to get my money back after a refund is approved?
Refunds normally take 5-10 business days to process after being submitted. If the refund still has not reflected on your account after 10 business days, please contact your bank for further assistance.
