In addition to the standard SCAR-H, the SCAR 17S semi-auto only version appears under the marksman rifles class. It is referred to as the “TAQ-M”, and is fitted with a 20″ barrel, a rail extension and an FN SSR/SCAR 20S style fixed stock. It is chambered in 6.5mm Creedmoor like the SCAR 20S. The Los Vaqueros unit uses this SCAR variant as its sniper rifle in the campaign story.
