“Alone is the thirteenth mission in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II single-player campaign. This mission takes place after Graves and Shepherd turn on you. As an injured Soap, Alone has you traversing the streets of Las Almas territory, trying to find your way back to Ghost without being killed by the Shadow Company.
This Alone walkthrough explains all the tasks you need to complete this mission.
Get up, move forward, and enter the alley on the left.
Wait for Graves and the Shadow Company to leave, then move forward and enter the building with open doors. Make sure to crouch and hide behind the yellow car, so the Shadow Company does not see you.
You need to get through the door on the right, but it’s locked, so go to the door on the left and get inside to find something to pry it open.
Get the binding from the dead body and metal from a fan, then open your inventory to craft a pry tool and go back outside to unlock the door on the other side.
Proceed to the next room. Open the door just outside the corridor. You will now be in a bathroom, loot the area and head back to the living room. If there is a Shadow at the end of the corridor wait until he is gone and go through the other door, into the dining room.
Go up the stairs on your right. Turn right and right again to get into a really dark part of the house, loot the area and pick up the headlamp.
The headlamp will help you see in dark areas but turn it off when enemies are close, or they will spot you easily.
Now that you have the headlamp, you can see a door in the area that was pitch black, open it, head inside and then pry open the door on your left.
Go inside and grab whatever you can find. Watch out for the dog in the next room, as it barks as soon as you enter. The noise will alert the Shadows downstairs, and one of them will come up to investigate.
Turn off the headlamp and go to the exit leading outside before the Shadow sees you. Jump off the balcony, turn right and go up the stairs. Move forward and wait until the Shadows are done with the people in the fountain area. Do not let them see you.
Once the Shadows move, drop down and collect some bottles around the fountain. Throw a bottle to distract the guard standing there outside the shop with a sign that says “La Dulce.”
Loot the store once it’s safe to go inside and exit through the back door.
Move forward and use another bottle to distract the Shadow guarding the building right in front of you.
Enter the shop to your right (it’s a clothing shop), get to the back, open the door and keep moving until you find a dead Shadow. Remove the Combat Knife from its body.
With the Combat Knife, you can stealthily take down enemies. Choose an enemy that’s alone and kill it to get their weapon. Now that you have a gun, it’s time to get closer to Ghost’s position.
Go to the alley, the one near the “La Dulce” store, and you will see three Shadows guarding the place.
You can either engage in combat or craft and use a smoke grenade to stun the mercenaries. Either way, get to the other side and jump onto the flooded road below.
Don’t go through the nearby green door.
Instead, go around the building and jump in through the window.
Dismantle the trap to acquire a handy shotgun. You can get a knife from the shelf by the stairs if you don’t already have a knife. Go upstairs.
There are no enemies here, so loot the place in peace. Now go to the door at the end of the corridor.
When you open the door, a dying man will try to ask for help.
Turn right and use the prying tool to open a nearby military crate. Inside, you will find an adrenaline shot and some explosives, take them and enter the next door.
Loot the coffee shop and pry open the door on the left to find a safe.
Open it with the code 10-10-80 to get a silenced .50 GS and a throwing knife.
In this area, you can pry open a military crate next to a fan to get explosives and sights you can attach to any weapon you have equipped.
Drop down the railing to keep moving.
Loot the lower area of the coffee shop but beware, there are enemies outside.
This area is full of Shadows, so we recommend using stealth to thin out the herd. You can also use smoke bombs to distract and stun enemies.
Your goal is to get to the tunnels to get closer to Ghost. Follow the marker to a flooded area across the street from the coffee shop and drop down.
Swim a little and dive past enemies or kill them outright. Keep moving through the tunnels until you reach the stairs on the other side, and use them to go back to the street.
Move forward and jump on top of the white car to enter an alley.
Now, enter the shop to your left and pry open the door. An enemy will ambush you, but Ghost will kill it for you.
You’re so close to Ghost, but the area is full of enemies that now know you’re here, so using stealth is not an option.
Go outside and use the left building to get through the area. Enemies here are armed, so don’t engage unless necessary and keep moving as fast as you can.
You can use alleys and vehicles to hide from the mercenaries if you need to.
Get to the other side of the area. Ghost will come out of the church. Now with Ghost’s help, go back and equip more powerful weapons dropped by nearby enemies.
Your goal is to get to the pick-up truck, get inside, and the mission will be over.

After being betrayed by Graves and his Shadow Company PMCs, Soap escapes into the city of Las Almas. Wounded and without a weapon, Soap has to link up with Ghost and escape the city while evading Graves and Shadow Company, who are on a bloody mission to find Hassan Zyani as well as Soap and Ghost themselves.
