We know there can be different reasons as to why you may want to change your name, and we understand that this is an important part of your gaming experience.
For now, will not be processing any name changes. This could change in the future, but at the moment we are putting a pause on offering this through Player Support.
We are not processing any requests to change Character names or selected Character attributes (body type, face, skin tone, eye color, or voice) at this time. Other attributes can be changed at a wardrobe – one you have crafted or the one in Jel’s shop.
