PoE 3.20: Essences of Delirium now provide 6-7% chance to Block Spell Damage for Amulets (previously "Hexes you inflict have +10 to maximum Doom).

Essence of Delirium can only be obtained by using a Remnant of Corruption on a group of monsters trapped by an Essence of Scorn, Envy, Misery or Dread of any level (the purple map-only essences).
