Dying Exile is an NPC found in The Twilight Strand (Act 1). Dying Exile Area: The Twilight Strand (Act 1) Functions: tutorial Function Dying Exile is the first character the player comes across. At the end of his dialog (and the player has equipped a weapon), the nearby Hungry Corpse, a zombie, will awaken and kill him. Slaying the zombie will drop a skill gem. It is not possible to save the Dying Exile from the zombie.
