Divergent Rage Support is an Alternate Quality gem of

Support, Melee, Attack. Level: 1–20. Cost & Reservation Multiplier: 130%. Requires Level 18.

Supported Attacks deal (1–4) to (2–7) added Physical Damage with Weapons per 10 Rage
Supported Attacks deal (2–39) to (4–72) added Physical Damage with Weapons while you have at least 10 Rage
Supported Skills grant 1 Rage on Melee Hit, no more than once every 0.4 seconds

This is a Support Gem. It does not grant a bonus to your character, but to skills in sockets connected to it. Place into an item socket connected to a socket containing the Active Skill Gem you wish to augment. Right click to remove from a socket.

Secondary Regrading Lens currency changes the type of quality of a Divergent Rage Support gem to another random quality.

If you have "gain 1 rage per hit up to once per second" from a cluster jewel, and you have the axe mastery that does the same, will you now gain up to 2 rage per second?

Each of those effects has its own entirely separate limitation. You can gain 2 total rage within a 1 second timeframe - 1 rage comes from one effect and the other rage comes from the other effect. Neither effect can exceed its own limitation, but neither of them knows about the other. They're entirely independent.

Unusual Gems are Alternate Quality Gems. A gem can have up to three alternate quality: Anomalous, Divergent, Phantasmal.

The target item, inside a Curio Display, will be a selection of Unusual Gems. You can only take one before Lockdown begins.
