For this trophy, you need to Repair and recharge a weapon with the cube. In order to “recharge” a weapon, you must first have a weapon with charges on it. As seen in the picture below this item has a level 6 weaken skill with charges on it, as long as the number isn’t at max you’re able to recharge it.

Note** – This trophy is missable as the game tells you NOTHING about how to craft ANYTHING outside of a quiver of bolts and a quiver of arrows and 1 socketed sword in the cube. Without a guide, It is a literal experimentation method that helps figure it out.

In order to use this to repair and recharge you will need the following in the cube for transmutation

1. 1 Ort rune 
2. 1 chipped gem (of any kind)  
3. the weapon or armor in question to recharge and repair

Once you select the transmute option the trophy will pop and you will have successfully repaired and recharged your item.
