• Base secondary duration is 3 seconds
• Buff is removed to Exert the next Melee Attack you perform
  Attacks Exerted by this Skill cannot be Exerted by other Skills
• Exerted Attacks have +25% to Critical Strike Chance
• Exerted Attacks have +(100–138)% to Critical Strike Multiplier
