  2. Learn about gold smuggling
  3. Talk to Bartz
  4. Look for Cals
  5. Talk to Cals
    Trade with the Prisoner Overseer
  6. Buy the freedom of the prisoners that are being put to work
  7. Talk to Bartz
  8. Go to Wavestrand Port
