PoE 3.15 Changes

The Adamant Notable no longer grants "Regenerate 1.5% of Life per second while affected by a Guard Skill Buff". Now grants "Remove Bleeding when you use a Guard Skill" and "Remove Corrupted Blood when you use a Guard Skill".
