  1. Speak with Matsya and have him accompany you.
  2. Speak with Mehrunnah while accompanied by Matsya.
  3. Speak with Nashreen while accompanied by Matsya.
  4. Speak with Bhazahma while accompanied by Matsya.
  5. Accompany Matsya to the pier and then speak with him.
  6. Speak with Thancred.
