Every Will point gives a  % increase to Debuff Duration

• 0 -> 400%
• 0 to 1 = 170% per point -> (threshold at 233%)
• 1 to 2 = 83% -> 150%
• 2 to 3 = 50% -> 100%
• 3 to 4 = 33.3% -> 66.7%
• 4 to 5 = 23.8% -> 42.9%
• 5 to 6 = 9.6% -> 33.3%
• 6 to 7 = 8.3% -> 25%

• 100 = -37.5%

The decrease slowly slows down with different reduction amounts that is not logarithmic nor linear.
