1. Locating the Map Device:

  • Act 7 Chamber of Sins: You’ll encounter your first Map Device here, but it’s limited to a specific quest.
  • Epilogue Karui Shores: After completing the story, you’ll gain access to a fully functional Map Device here.
  • Hideout: Upon completing the "A Call to Arms" mission, you’ll receive a personal Map Device decoration to place in your hideout for convenient access.

2. Using the Map Device:

  1. Approach the Map Device: Stand close to it.
  2. Insert Map: Right-click the map you want to run and place it into the Map Receptacle.
  3. Add Optional Items (optional):
    • Map Fragments: Some maps require specific fragments to open.
    • Scarabs: Place Scarabs to add modifiers to the map.
    • Sextants: Apply Sextants to the region for regional effects.
    • Sacrifice Fragments: Collect four different fragments to open portals to unique boss encounters.
    • Divine Vessel: Capture the soul of a specific map boss for Pantheon upgrades.
  4. Activate the Map: Click the "Activate" button in the center of the device.
