Kill 666 cows, the 666th cow will drop a relic. Take that relic to Ked Bardu, and drop it into the fountain. One of the statues becomes clickable.
Repeat step 1, having a relic drop from each Hawezar /Scosglen/Dry Steppes region. NOTE – this has a 666,666 seconds(7.7 days) cooldown, but you can do it on another character, or a friend can trade it to you.
Bloody Wooden Shard: Hawezar or Kehjistan
Intricate Metallic Fragment: Dry Steppes
Musty Tome: Fractured Peaks or Scosglen
After all 3 statues are clicked, a Strange Key drops.
Go to the Forlorn Hovel with the Strange Key, Kill all 28 cows in there, and a Stamina Potion drops.
