PoE Royal Visage: Enchants a Map to contain Alluring Temporal Incursions

Royal Visage is a new currency item introduced in Path of Exile 3.30: Covens of Umbra. It allows players to enchant a Tier 16 non-Unique Map with Alluring Temporal Incursions, providing another way to access special Incursion content.

With Atziri taking over the Temple of Atzoatl, Royal Visage is an interesting addition for players focusing on Incursion farming.

1. Royal Visage Item Details

Item Description: "Enchants a Map to contain Alluring Temporal Incursions."

Flavor Text: "Many hoped to lay eyes on the Queen. Atziri used this to her utmost advantage."

2. How to Use Royal Visage in PoE 3.30

Using Royal Visage is simple:

1. Obtain a Royal Visage currency item.
2. Prepare a Tier 16 non-Unique Map.
3. Right-click Royal Visage in your inventory.
4. Left-click the eligible Map to apply the enchantment.
5. Run the enchanted Map to encounter Alluring Temporal Incursions.

Royal Visage specifically requires a Tier 16 non-Unique Map, so it cannot be applied to lower-tier Maps or Unique Maps.

3. What Are Alluring Temporal Incursions?

Alluring Temporal Incursions are a special form of Incursion content associated with Royal Visage.

Unlike ordinary Incursion encounters, these are specifically added through the Royal Visage Map enchantment.

The item provides a way to access this special content, although the exact encounter mechanics and additional rewards are not specified in its description.

4. Is Royal Visage Worth Using?

Royal Visage may be particularly useful for players who enjoy the Incursion mechanic and want to focus their endgame mapping around it.

Potential advantages:

• Adds Alluring Temporal Incursions to an eligible Map.
• Provides targeted access to special Incursion content.
• Fits naturally into Tier 16 endgame mapping.
• May create additional opportunities for Incursion-related rewards.

Limitations:

• Only works on Tier 16 non-Unique Maps.
• Requires a Royal Visage item for each application.
• The profitability of Alluring Temporal Incursions depends on their actual rewards and the market value of Royal Visage.

Players should compare the cost of Royal Visage with the rewards obtained before committing to large-scale farming.

5. Royal Visage and the PoE 3.30 Incursion Rework

PoE 3.30 introduces significant changes to the Temple of Atzoatl, including Atziri replacing the Vaal Omnitect and the addition of the challenging Uber Temple.

Royal Visage complements these changes by introducing another way to interact with Incursion content through high-tier Maps.

Alongside new items such as Soul Core of Might, it adds more variety to Incursion-focused endgame gameplay.

Summary

Royal Visage is a new PoE 3.30 currency item that enchants Tier 16 non-Unique Maps with Alluring Temporal Incursions.

Its main value lies in providing targeted access to special Incursion encounters. For players interested in the revamped Temple of Atzoatl and Incursion farming, Royal Visage is an item worth exploring.
